I wanted a training program that would prepare me to practice excellent medicine in any setting, whether it is in the US or on international medical missions. I also wanted to become proficient in both clinic and hospital-based procedures. Most of all, I wanted to be in a place where I knew I would grow both professionally and spiritually. Saints seemed to provide both in a fun-loving and supportive environment.
