St. Anthony Family Medicine Residency Program welcomes applications from International Medical Graduates.  We sponsor J1 Visas as well as H1B Visas.  To receive an H1B Visa, you must have taken Step 3 of the USMLE and passed.  The following are required to apply to our program (They may be provided either through ERAS).

A.  Three letters of recommendation

B.  Medical School Transcript

C.  Dean’s Letter

D.  USMLE scores.  If a USMLE step is not passed you must achieve
      a score equal or greater than the mean on the next attempt.

E.   Current ECFMG Certification

F.   Personal Statement

G.  Also, we are not accepting applications from those who have been
      out of medical school for longer than 2 years unless they are
      currently practicing medicine.
